A wide fully furnished garden with all kinds of accessories in which you may have breakfast enjoying a great view during nice days, that are always possible in this angle of paradise.

Within the garden there is a maxi-jacuzzi

(a maximum of 6 persons)

that also enjoys a great view of the Valdichiana valley.

Useful for your body relaxing and the wellness of your spirit! Recommended all day in any season particularly at sunset..!

The fireplace room

The comfortable bedroom apartment is accurately furnished and accessorized with two twin beds or a double bed and a private living room with television, HiFi stereo, DVD, that enable a complete independence (possibility of a third bed within the apartment ) . Private bathroom with shower.

All rooms have an electric fan and a mosquito protection upon the windows. For the maximum independence you may have your own key for a private entrance to the apartment in order to have your own privacy.
